All
credit card orders are handled via Paypal.
Why
we use Paypal
We have appointed Paypal to handle online credit card
transactions as they can offer additional protection and
security to customers who are hesitant to provide credit
card information over the Internet, or who are concerned
to provide this to an online merchant.
As
a respected third party, Paypal transacts directly with
you, and does not send your credit card details to us.
This gives you added assurance and protection if you are
unsure about buying online.
Checks and Money Orders
Due to a number of bad checks and cases of fraud, we can
no longer accept personal checks. If you would still like
to pay by check, bank draft or postal money order, please
contact us at sales@themagicofchristmas.com
for further instructions.
Cash
Cash is not a recommend option due to tracing problems.
However, if you would like to pay by cash, use the online
ordering to calculate your total order, and send your
order information and money to our mailing address. Money
lost in the mail will not be our responsibility.

All
Canadian residence must pay 8% GST (Good & Services
Tax), and Ontario residence must pay an additional 7%
PST (Provincial Sales Tax). Our GST tax number appears
on all Canadian Invoices.
There
are no taxes on US orders.

Shipping and handling fees are based on the number of
items ordered and mailing destination. Please make sure
that you enter your address correctly. We must charge
you for shipping if we have to reship an item because
of an address error. All orders are shipped from Canada
via Canada Post's Airmail.
United
States Deliveries
The ordering will automatically add appropriate shipping
and handling charges for standard airmail. Orders are
shipped via Canada Post's First Class Airmail and generally
will arrive within ten (10) days of shipment.
Your
order is calculated as the total cost of items purchased,
including shipping charges. Your order does not include
any taxes, duties, or customs fees levied by your local
government. You are responsible for paying any taxies,
duties, or customs fees applicable to your shipment. We
are required, by law, to declare an accurate monetary
value on all non Canadian orders.
Canadian
Deliveries
Canadian orders are sold based on US prices. The ordering
will automatically add the appropriate shipping and handling
charge for standard airmail. Orders are shipped via Canada
Post's First Class Airmail and generally will arrive within
five (5) days of shipment. All Canadian prices are
estimates based on the current exchange rate. Canadian
prices are updated monthly based on the exchange rate
on the first business day of each month.

Orders are shipped within twenty four hours of your credit
card order. All non certified checks or money orders will
be delayed (3 days to 2 weeks) until cleared. In the unlikely
event that there is an additional delay, we will notify
you by e-mail. Shipping time varies depending upon your
location and method of shipping. See Shipping and Handling
for more information.

You will be notified if an item is out of stock or has
become unavailable. You can choose another item of equal
value, or place the item on back order. Back orders will
be kept for a period of 20 days, and then will be automatically
canceled.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you
may return for a full refund within 14 days of the shipment
date. Please note a 20% re-stocking fee applies
to each returned item. All returns are to be
in their original condition. Please notify us immediately
of any damaged or defective products.
